📦 Shipping Policy

At Fresh Mouth Club, we work hard to get your oral care essentials to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm CST may be processed the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. Subscription orders over $19 (after discounts, before taxes). And a flat fee of $4.00 if under $19

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected schedule.
Processing begins 24 hours after billing, and tracking will be emailed once shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Fresh Mouth Club is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong location due to customer error
  • Carrier delays

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@freshmouthclub.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll make it right.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Import taxes
